Refund policy

Here at Y'allywood, it's our goal to provide you with the absolute best shopping experience available. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will try and do everything we can to make it better! You can email us at help@yallywoodmercantile.com to start a request for a return or exchange. 

RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (no odors or pet hair), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at help@yallywoodmercantile.com. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When purchasing labels from USPS, we do recommend purchasing tracking as Y'allywood cannot be held responsible for packages that have been lost or damaged during transit. If Y'allywood has to to pay additional postage, it will be deducted from your refund along with a $5 inconvenience fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at help@yallywoodmercantile.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that returns/exchanges may not accepted for seasonal merchandise (i.e. holiday-themed items). Please email us at help@yallywoodmercantile.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Please email us at help@yallywoodmercantile.com for help with an exchange request. Seasonal items may not be eligible for exchange.

Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be issued store credit for the amout of purchase (less shipping) within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@yallywoodmercantile.com.

Price Adjustments
We cannot make price adjustments on prior purchanses.
